Each art camp meets for 5 consecutive days. This structure enables us to complete larger projects and work in diverse materials. A variety of art-making techniques will be explored through the emphasis in imagination and the study of texture, line, form, color, shape and patterns, and other cultures and artists. Every week will follow a different theme which is great for those art loving kids who would like to sign up for more than one week of camp.
Regardless of theme, every week campers will make a ceramic piece, create a tie-dye t-shirt, do a printmaking project, as well as a large- scale, mixed media painting. Other projects may include: recycled materials sculptures, mobiles, paper-mâché, wire sculpture, weaving, collage, ink drawings, wax resist, painting, book making, textiles, pencil drawings, window art, puppets, & more.
- Each day of camp also includes a recess time outside with snack or lunch.
- Tuition breakdown: $8 per hour plus a $25 materials fee.
Sibling discount of 15% given when siblings are signed up for the same week of camp.
Full & partial scholarships also available, please request a financial aid form.
